These cakes are bite-sized browned butter almond cakes. Topped with crushed almonds and other good stuff (raspberries, peaches, marionberry, etc.) they are perfect small bites to go with a cup of coffee. These cakes were made famous in bakery houses in the Parisian financial district and hence their name. They are also gluten free!
