These cakes are bite-sized browned butter almond cakes. Topped with crushed almonds and other good stuff (raspberries, peaches, marionberry, etc.) they are perfect small bites to go with a cup of coffee. These cakes were made famous in bakery houses in the Parisian financial district and hence their name. They are also gluten free!

Made fresh each day in-house and we like to change up the choices. They sell fast and the choices are always changing throughout the day.

Choose from Earl Grey (black), Metolius Mint (herbal), Sweet Bee Green (with lavender and vanilla), Little Bear (blended with pear, lavender, lemongrass, ginger, and vanilla and green and red rooibos.)
